Nyssa Waters

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Nyssa brings more than two decades across telecommunications, cloud and AI. She held senior sales and strategy roles at Spark and Telstra before leading Financial Services & Fintech for Google Cloud New Zealand, then moved into AI consulting and co-founded possibl. Her focus is helping organisations turn fragmented data into AI-powered decisions that lift efficiency, sharpen customer experience and create real strategic advantage.

Josh Dally-Butler

Chief Customer Officer & Co-Founder

Josh helps organisations translate AI from concept to commercial impact, aligning advanced technology with measurable customer and revenue outcomes. He brings over 20 years in enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy and business growth across APAC, having scaled teams across SaaS, cybersecurity and services — including hands-on AI work at BlackBerry Cylance and Plume. His expertise spans automation strategy, AI adoption and prompt engineering, with a focus on solving real business problems with intelligent systems.

David McDonald

Chief AI Officer & Co-Founder

David is one of New Zealand’s clearest thinkers on applied AI. He co-founded Altered State Machine and previously led Being AI, with earlier enterprise technology experience at TelstraClear. At possibl he guides clients and the team through what’s next — focused on building AI capability that lasts, used responsibly and creatively, rather than chasing trends.

Sean Muller

Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder

Sean is a T-shaped technologist whose interest in AI and machine learning long predates the current wave. Alongside deep AI/ML expertise, he brings well-rounded foundations across networking, cloud and security, giving him a clear view of how technology maps to real business needs. He is known for his thought leadership and for the clarity he brings to complex technical problems — work that now extends to ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 42, the international committee developing AI standards, where he contributes through New Zealand’s participation via Standards New Zealand.

Chris La Neve

Head of AI Services

Chris has spent the last decade helping large organisations make sense of complexity across financial services, manufacturing, foodservice and consulting — working at the intersection of data, technology and operations. At possibl he leads client engagements from first conversation through to signed agreement, and stays close through delivery, sitting between strategy and engineering. His goal is always the same: AI that works in the real world, not just in a demo.

Caleb Buchanan

Engineering Lead

Caleb leads possibl’s hands-on AI build work, connecting AI to the everyday tools businesses already use — Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets — so repetitive, time-consuming tasks run themselves. He’s a regular at possibl’s live build sessions, helping operators and teams turn real business challenges into working AI solutions.
